PRETREATMENT

CHLORINE DOSING SYSTEM

Feedwater is either chlorinated by Sodium Hypochlorite Solution to maintain residual Free chlorine of 0.2 – 0.5 PPM. It consists of a solution tank, pump, and accessories. Chlorination water is stored in the raw water tank

At times due to the presence of microbial contamination we recommend to use of ozonation or chlorine dioxide dosing in raw water

ALUM/POLYMER DOSING SYSTEM

Alum & Polymer are dosed in Raw Water Tank for flocculation & coagulation process wherein we enhance the efficiency of filtration in downstream filters

MULTI GRADE FILTER

Chlorinated water is then passed through Multi Grade Filter (MGF) for removal of impurities. The Multi grade filter consists of various layers of fine sand, coarse sand, and gravel. It removes the suspended solids from the raw water

  • Multi Grade Filter (MGF) for removal of impurities (Suspended Solids)
  • The Multi grade filter consists of various layers of fine sand, coarse sand, and gravel.
  • The filter can be supplied in fully Automatic & Manual operations
  • With frontal interconnecting piping, Auto-Manual Multiport valve, & first charge of media
  • MOC offered SS, MSRL, MSEP, MS, FRP

When the suspended solid is > 50 PPM we recommend plate-type clarifiers known as Lamella Clarifiers.

We also use High Rate solid contact clarifiers wherein it removes suspended solids & also precipitates hardness & silica salts.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER

Filtered water is then passed through an Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) for removal of organic compounds and/or adsorption free chlorine from water. The Activated Carbon filter consists of various layers of activated carbon and pebbles. It removes the free chlorine from the raw water.

  • Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) for removal of organic compounds and/or adsorption free chlorine from water
  • Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) for removal of organic compounds and/or adsorption free chlorine from water
  • The filter can be supplied in fully Automatic & Manual operations
  • With frontal interconnecting piping, Auto-Manual Multiport valve, and first charge of carbon
  • MOC offered SS, MSRL, MSEP, MS, FRP

SOFTENER PLANT

Filtered water is passed through a softener. It removes hardness by exchanging Ca & Mg Ion with Na to produce soft water

  • Softener Plant for removal of hardness i.e. Ca and Mg present in water
  • With frontal interconnecting piping, Auto-Manual Multiport valve, and first charge of Resin
  • Softener can be supplied in fully Automatic & Manual operations with individual auto butterfly valves for higher flow rates controlled through PLC based system
  • MOC offered SS, MSRL, MSEP, MS, FRP

IRON REMOVAL FILTER

Filtered water is then passed through the Iron Remover Filter (IRF) removal of inorganic iron from water. The Iron Remover Filter consists of the specific quality of resins. It can remove dissolved Iron with outlet parameters in the range of < 0.3 PPM

Iron-removed filters are also available with fully automatic/manual mode. FRP/MS vessel MOC can also be provided
