Resin Technologies
- Softener Plant: Softens water by removing hardness minerals and replacing them with sodium ions. Features automatic or manual operation and individual flow control valves.
- Iron Removal Filter (IRF): Effectively reduces dissolved iron content in water using high-quality resins. Available in automatic or manual modes with various vessel materials.
Aquamech’s resin beds remove dissolved salts for high-purity water in various industries, with Automatic and Manual options for cost-effective demineralization.
Automatic DM Plant
It is a compact, skid-mounted system for Hi-Purity Water (conductivity<0.1-1 µS/cm) with minimal chemicals and automatic controls.
Manual DM Plant
Aquamech offers manual DM plants for specific water treatment requirements. These plants can be customized with a combination of SAC-DG-SBA-MB or WAC-SAC-DGT-WBA-SBA-MB. The process involves several stages:
- Strong Acid Cation (SAC): Removes hardness.
- Strong Base Anion (SBA): Removes anions and silica.
- Polishing Unit (MB): Further purifies water.
- Degasser (Optional): Removes CO2 for efficiency and optimization of chemicals’ cost.
